A total quality approach

Launched in 2005 as part of the corporate plan drawn up two years earlier, CEB’s total quality management programme culminated in the awarding, in January 2008, of AFAQ AFNOR ISO 9001 2000 certification for all its activities and venues. Our ongoing commitment to quality is reflected in our dedication to constantly improving the service we provide to our exhibitors, visitors and customers.
This same determination also prompted Congrès et Expositions de Bordeaux to apply for "Foire de France" label for the Bordeaux International Fair. Granted in 2007, this endorsement guarantees exhibitors and visitors a high standard of event organisation.
