- Bordeaux Convention Centre
Officially opened in September 2003, the new Bordeaux Convention Centre is the emblematic business tourism venue, combining quality and modern facilities. Ideally situated next to the ring road, close to the city centre and just 10 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac International Airport, the Convention Centre is Bordeaux’s key business tourism asset.
With three amphitheatres seating up to 1,850 people simultaneously, 10 meeting rooms, a 3,000 m2 exhibition space and Wi-Fi facilities, the Convention Centre provides top-level facilities in a superbly designed architectural complex reflected in the waters of the Lac de Bordeaux.
- Bordeaux Exhibition Centre
A huge facility stretching over 30 hectares and offering 80,000 m2 of covered exhibition space, Bordeaux Exhibition Centre can host any event ranging from international trade fairs and galas to sports competitions. The twin venues of the Exhibition Centre and the Convention Centre are the ideal complement for one another, and both enjoy a superb view over the lake.
With four exhibition halls, two of which opened in 2005, Bordeaux Exhibition Centre has the capacity to take on any challenge. Hall 1 alone, with 50,000 m2 of undivided, modular, covered, heated and air-conditioned exhibition space, can host events on any scale: it is supplemented by the very new Hall 3, true architectural prowess with 12,000 m2 pillar free.
- Hangar 14
Set amid the elegant façades of Bordeaux’s redeveloped waterfront, perfectly integrated into the heart of the city, Hangar 14 offers 5,400 m2 of space on two levels and, with a terrace overlooking the Garonne river, is the ideal setting for any festive event.
Hangar 14 is an extraordinary venue offering stunning views of the river and the floodlit cityscape. Situated right next to the chic commercial district with its antique dealers and elegant shops, it is ideal for gala evenings and prestige receptions.
